Pre-Race Packet Pick-Up

Volunteers will check in pre-registered participants at TBA and help pass out the participant bibs, t-shirts, goody bags, and any other race information to the participants prior to race day.

Race Day Packet Pick-up & Registration

Day of Packet Pick-up volunteers will check in pre-registered participants and help pass out the participant packets, t-shirts, goody bags, and any other race information to the participants prior to race start. Day of Registration volunteers will help assist staff in registering participants on race day. Jobs include registering their information, handing out packets, shirts, as well as goody bags.

Gear Check

Volunteers will collect and store the participants gear in numerical order by bib number until it is picked up after the event has completed.

Course Marshal

Course Marshals will be on the course directing participants, assisting with traffic control and monitoring the safety of all participants and spectators.

Aid/Water Station

Volunteers will set-up/tear-down stations and serve water and endurance drinks to participants at a specific location along the course.

Start Line

Volunteers will direct participants to line up in corrals and keep the start line orderly.

Finish Line

Volunteers will be stationed at the finish line to direct participants through the finish area, pass out refreshments, finisher medals, and to make sure the area is safe and secure.

Medical Personnel

Medical volunteers are needed to care and assist athletes at the start line, along the course and at the finish. Must be a credentialed professional; background checks will be made once you are accepted onto a team. (Physicians, Nurses, Podiatrists, Athletic Trainers, Physical Trainers, Chiropractors, etc).

Station Captain

Station Captains will be assigned at a later date. Station Captains will be in the person in charge of the station (i.e. aid station, gear check, etc). They will direct and lead volunteers during the task assigned. Station Captains must be older than 21 years old and have had previous race experience.
